20-year old lovely Cassandra "Pepper" Thigpen, of 350 Leedale Street was charged in a very hot and humid Albany city court Thursday with second-degree robbery, third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a noxious material: she was caught shoplifting on Central Ave. so she gave the store clerk a snoot full of pepper spray!
