BBC News Katty Kay's new face

I used to enjoy watching BBC World News America and I like their Washington correspondent Katty Kay. I haven't watched the program for at least 6 months. When I watched the program again last week, I was shocked how much Katty Kay's face changed. This used to be a very nice looking woman. Now her face looks swollen, as if she underwent some cosmetic surgery or some other weird treatment. I cannot find any of the recent pics on the internet. Has anyone else noticed the big change?
