Rebecca Black's 'Friday' Pulled From YouTube (Again)
Rebecca Black's 'Friday' video has once again been pulled off YouTube ... CBS news reports "The video's removal came after Ark Music Factory - which produced the song and hosted the music video on its YouTube account - set up "Friday" with a $2.99 fee as YouTube rental earlier this week.
Black's rep told TMZ, "We can confirm that we submitted a Take Down Notice to YouTube as a result of the dispute we have with Ark Music regarding the 'Friday' video."
The singer responded to news of the rental fee on her Twitter account on Tuesday.
"Thanks for all the messages regarding the $2.99 fee added to Friday video, I have NOTHING to do with this!!" she wrote, adding in a following message, "PS...My Manager and Lawyer are on this and are going to get to the bottom of this! Stay tuned..."
Black's team has been threatening legal action against Ark Music, according to reports, claiming that the company is wrongfully exploiting her image and song because it does not own the rights to either."
