2 Fast 2 Furious, NY Style
Maybe it's that time of year: the season of the high-speed chase? Hover and click on the picture to get an idea of what goes on at night in the City.
Up here in Saratoga, where I am blogging from today, there aren't too many high-speed car chases. But a few miles below, in Albany, there was one last night. The newspaper reported a suspect was not found, but talk1300 radio reported a suspect WAS found near the abandoned car, BUT they "have not released the suspect's identity."
Hmmmm... could that suspect be someone special? Related to someone in the public eye? Perhaps IN the public eye?
Hey, weren't they going to "call off" those high-speed chases within city residential limits?
Wasn't it just a week or two ago that a State Police cruiser rammed a taxicab at an Albany intersection? I thought we had enough of this with the tragic deaths of Jamar McGill and Harry Carnevale.
I'll check the teevee news tonight for updates...
